Satele is a music producer from Columbus, Ohio and back in March of last year he released iLife, a 20 track hip hop beat tape with hints of electronic and drum and bass mixed in.
Lately I have been listening to a lot more electronic based hip hop production, its really starting to grow on me and Satele is definitely worth checking out if you like those type of beats. By the sounds of it he mixes samples with his own composed elements, he does this extremely well and creates dope and captivating melodies. Each track on iLife has a warm vibe that hints at like the likes of drum and bass while maintaining a definite hip hop feel.
